The first of its kind in the United States, Potter's Wax Museum opened in 1949 and features more than 170 famous figures.
The regularly changing collection includes heads of state, royalty, composers, artists, writers and movie stars from the past and present.
A unique feature of Potter's is the window display where visitors can watch the wax sculptures come to life in the skilled hands of the resident wax sculptor, Peter Carsillo.
As well as an array of wax figures, the museum includes a theater featuring video presentations relating to the famous characters and celebrities on display.
